Trophy Trot offers Thanksgiving fun, exercise

The Trophy Trot is returning for its 9th year of Thanksgiving Day recreation. 

The annual run is happening at 9 a.m. on Nov. 27 at Dix Park. An afterparty is planned at Trophy's Maywood Avenue location. 

Registration is now open. Individual registration for the 5K is $45 (before Nov. 25) and $50 after. 

Families of four can register for $160 (before Nov. 25) and $175 after. Additional family members pay $40 each. 

For those who want to get involved virtually, it is $10 to register and includes a medal and donation to Healing Transitions. 

Children have the option to do the Dix Park Kids Dash a 400 meter fun run.
