Interstate 95 South reopened on Wednesday afternoon at U.S. 301 after a crash, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
I-95 South at U.S. 301 was closed for about an hour on Wednesday afternoon.

During the closure, the NCDOT advised drivers to take exit 33 and turn left onto U.S. 301 South. Drivers can then continue along U.S. 301 South to get back on I-95.
