Beal Bartholomew of Raleigh opened his hamburger/hot dog stand at the State Fair 61 years ago. He loved the fair, and the people loved him. Beal unexpectedly died three months ago, but his two daughters are determined to carry on his legacy at the fair. Through tears, they describe how much he meant to so many people.
