Pregnant woman & man shot during domestic dispute in Durham

Two people, including a pregnant woman, were injured in two shootings on Tuesday in Durham.

According to the Durham Police Department, officers respond to a report of a gunshot wound around 4:08 p.m. in the 200 block of Tobler Court. When officers arrived, they found a pregnant woman suffering from a gunshot wound.

Shortly after the first shooting, officers responded to Duke University Hospital after a man with a gunshot wound was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.

Police said man and woman were shot at the same location and the shooting was a domestic incident.

According to Durham police, the man suffered life-threatening injuries and the woman is in "critical" condition.
