I worked in Philadelphia, Dallas and north Jersey before landing at WRAL.
I try to represent the public, to explain what they want and need to know, and to make it most easy to grasp.

Husband, Luke, two grown stepdaughters - one in New Zealand and one here in Raleigh.
I love a day trip, and you can get to cities, small towns, farms, mountains and, of course, the beach from my home in Raleigh. My husband and I are working on a project to visit each of North Carolina's 100 counties.
9/11 was certainly the story that changed the world. I worked overnights in Dallas at the time and remember cots brought in because no one went home for weeks.
On a lighter note, I am especially proud to have been on the startup team for HighSchoolOT Live, a red zone-like show that offers live streams and highlights from football games across the state.
