Three Democrats race to be Wake County's new District Attorney

Election Day is on Tuesday. Though it may not be November, there is a lot on the ballot right now. The Democratic primary race for Wake County District Attorney won't face a Republican in November, but they will face a big job ahead of them, including backlogged cases, funding shortages, and a pressing need to balance mental health in criminal cases.
